Complaint Resolution

Big Ear is proud of our Customer Service department and our goal is to exceed your expectations regarding any product you’ve purchased from us. In the event that you have a complaint or are dissatisfied in any way, then we want to hear from you. If there is something you’re unhappy about, if something doesn’t work the way you think it should, if it doesn’t meet the intended purpose, then please let us know so we can fix it.

Basically, there are two types of complaints; those that come under our Limited Liability Warranty policy and those that do not either because the warranty has expired, or the damage was caused by the customer.

If this problem occurs during the warranty period, then please review the warranty information and follow the warranty repair instructions.
